This Valentine’s Day, Patisserie Masatomi, the pastry shop featuring an array of mouth watering delectable pastries and sweets that combine French culinary heritage with wondrous Japanese aesthetics and style, is launching some extraordinary and amazingly delicious special seasonal sweets that fit perfectly with the season of love. These unique Valentine’s delights include Masatomi’s famed heart-shaped macarons that will be available this season in two fitting flavors, raspberry and Sakura.
In addition, Masatomi proudly presents its newest macaron – the “Momotaro”, with a white and pink outside and a filling of fresh fruit mousse and premium white chocolate from Belgium. Then there is Masatomi’s new “Rose Butter Cake”, an appealing butter cake decorated with roses, also adds to the ambience of love. It has a sweet aroma that you can enjoy on your own or give as a gift to a loved one.
For those who are true fans of Japanese delights, don’t miss the fabulous “Sakura Roll Cake” made with fresh strawberries from the Royal Project and a vanilla ‘diplomat’ cream filling, a light cream blended with pastry and whipped cream. There is also the “Green Tea Roll Cake” which combines white chocolate cream and red bean paste – only to be found at Patisserie Masatomi. Don’t forget the perfect romantic Valentine’s dessert – “Strawberry Cheese Cake”. These special seasonal sweets will be available at Masatomi through February 2013.
