Gold price edges up 50 THB today
BANGKOK, 8 May 2010 (NNT) — The price of gold has shot up 50 THB today, according to the Gold Traders Association.
Gold bars are today bought at 18,200 THB and sold at 18,300 THB while gold ornaments are bought at 17,034.28 THB and sold at 18,700 THB.
According to the Gold Traders Association, the price of gold today has increased 50 THB from that at yesterday’s market closure in the afternoon. Yesterday, gold bars were sold at 18,250 THB and ornaments at 18,650 THB.
Meanwhile, the gold price in New York last night surged by 13.90 USD per ounce to 1,211.20 USD per ounce, according reports from the Comex Division of the New York Mercantile Exchange.
