BANGKOK, 26 January 2010 (NNT) – Domestic oil retailers will reduce oil prices by 40 Satang per liter in every product, except E85, from 27 January 2010 at 5.00 hrs onwards, following the global crude oil price decrease.

The oil prices were adjusted in line with the reduction of crude price in the world market mainly due to a lack of confidence in the global economic recovery among investors, according to oil experts.

In Singapore, the Dubai crude oil price yesterday decreased by 2.09 USD per barrel to close at 72.27 USD per barrel. The benzene price lowered by 0.61 USD per barrel to close at 85.02 USD per barrel, and the diesel closed at 80.36 USD per barrel, sliding by 2.22 USD per barrel.

Retail oil prices in Bangkok and vicinities will be as follows:

Benzene 91 will be sold at 35.84 THB per liter.

Gasohol 95 will stand at 32.24 THB and Gasohol 91 at 31.44 THB per liter.

E20 will be 29.94 THB and E85 18.72 THB per liter.

Biodiesel B2 will stand at 27.59 THB per liter while B5 at 26.39 THB per liter.
