Exposition pushes Thai industries forward

The Ministry of Industry promotes production and exports in the Thailand Industrial Fair 2010 and Food Pack 2010
Mr Kwang Robkob, Chief Advisor to the Minister of Industry, presided over the opening ceremony stating that Thailand’s economy shows signs of continuous improvement from the recession which marks this expo as an excellent opportunity to further push the industries towards the world market and expand connections.
Mr Kwang further stated that the food industry has faced an increase in demand, particularly halal food. The expo will not only boost sales and exports but will also acknowledge Thailand’s emerging role as the ‘Kitchen of the World’.
Seminars are also provided to exhibitors on more than 100 topics. Mr Kwang commented that these seminars are the perfect vocational training programs for entrepreneurs. It will open new ideas and opportunities to those who participate while connecting SMEs and larger companies together.
The Thailand Industrial Fair 2010 and Food Pack 2010 is being held from the 4th to the 7th of February at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center (BITEC).
