Domestic gold ornaments price at Bt15,750/gold baht

BANGKOK, 8 August 2009 (NNT) – The domestic price of gold ornaments is today traded at 15,023.56 baht per gold baht (15.2 grams) and sold at 15,750 baht per gold baht.

Chairman of Gold Traders Association Jitti Tungsitpakdee has announced the domestic gold prices for 8 August. Gold bars were quoted at 15,250 to 15,350 baht a gold baht and gold ornaments 15,023.56 to 15,750 baht a gold baht.

The US’s gold price has continued to sink and closed at 959.50 per ounce, down 3.40 USD.
