Another person dies from H1N1 inflection in Thailand

BANGKOK, 29 June 2009 (NNT) – Another death from influenza A (H1N1) has been reported in Thailand. He is the third person in the nation who has died of the disease.

Medical Services Department Director-General, Dr Rewat Wisarutwet, reported that the deceased was a naval officer from the Sattahip Naval Base. He died from the new virus inflection this morning after having a pulmonary hemorrhage.

Thailand’s swine flu infection toll reaches 1,330 people with 41 additional patients today. 1,309 people have recovered while 18 have been hospitalized.
